Triple Function PIR Solar Light – Wall or Post Mounted
The Freeway 5 is a versatile, high output LED PIR solar light designed to provide safety and security at night. The two brackets supplied enable easy mounting onto a wall or post, with both 16cm and 26cm lengths supplied. The solar powered down light emits a wide spread of light along pathways with a high 1000 lumens output in daylight white. As well as the high output level, it also benefits from multiple functions:
- Full Brightness (Constant on) – Illumination at full brightness from dusk, then turns off after approx 5-6 hours
- Low Powered light PIR Mode – 30% constant light from dusk, increases to full brightness for approx. 30 seconds when PIR triggered by movement
- Standard PIR Mode – Light remains off until PIR is triggered by movement, then full brightness for approx. 30 seconds
- Override – OFF
Long-Lasting Solar Technology:
The latest energy-saving technology ensures illumination well into the night. As a result of the large solar panel, the internal lithium-ion battery retains high charge levels. With sufficient sunlight, the long-life LEDs of the Freeway Solar Light will continue to illuminate throughout the night, 365 days per year.
The high-quality, modern technology of the Pro Solar Range really shines above cheaper alternatives. Installations costs are minimal with no need for expensive cabling to be laid, with ongoing savings. Consequently, solar is the perfect solution for lighting areas where cable installation is difficult or not possible. The Freeway 5 PIR Solar Light is almost maintenance-free with no running cost. Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries charge from natural energy which is much more environmentally friendly and has a lifespan of up to 8 years.
Freeway PIR solar wall light easily lasts all night (15 hours). It had a full day of charge total. Subsequently, unused power will carry over into the next day. Performance may vary depending on the amount of sunlight.
Even in the dullest of weather, our solar lights will still illuminate, although they may not last the entire night cycle, which in many cases is not a necessity.
