This female connector is an extremely useful addition to the Versa range. The Versa Female Connector enables a single plug and play connection. Simply insert this connector inbetween the double ended male extension cables to extend the cable length further as required. Always be cautious not to extend cable runs too far as this can cause voltage drop. Refer to our voltage drop table here.

Plug and Play simplifies the installation of 12v garden lighting with no wiring required. Each connection is secured in place with a cap which is present on the connecting cables, this screws overs the plug, ensuring a water-resistant connection.

Plug and Play Lighting

We stock a variety of 12v plug and play lights for all applications. They are extremely easy to install with no wiring required. Simply plug the light into the transformer directly or into a plug and play splitter. A threaded screw cap then secures into place. Numerous fittings can be connected to one transformer via the Versa accessories. The transformer then plugs into an outdoor socket. 12v plug & play lights are very safe for the garden and more suited to damp weather conditions.
