Pro Solar Heliosol
Slimline High Output Solar Flood Lights with Remote Control
The Heliosol Solar Flood Light is made from durable die-cast aluminium with a solid steel bracket for extra sturdiness. Although it has a compact design, the output is exceptionally bright. It is available in 3 sizes: 200W, 300W and 400W, ranging between 2600 lumens and 4800 lumens. They incorporate high power, long life LEDs in daylight white (6000K) which have a long lifespan. Each kit comprises of an LED floodlight, relevant solar panel, 2m plug & play cable and a multi-function remote control.
Switch between various functions with the long range remote control (see image below), adjusting settings from up to 12m away. Choose from 2hr, 4hr and 6hr timers, dusk to dawn. In addition, adjust the light output from full brightness to 20% brightness when less light is required, as well as override on and off. Due to the memory function, the setting selected will continue each night.
Solar Floodlight Technology
The solar panel is separate to the flood light, connected via the 2m length of plug & play cable. Extend the cable length further with a 4m extension cable. As a result, the solar panel can be situated away from the light source; ideally south facing with no obstructions. The light itself can then remain in a shaded position. Therefore, the solar floodlight is a great solution to uplighting trees which is not possible with all in one solar lights due to shade. Another benefit is that the monocrystalline solar panels are much bigger as they are not restricted to the size of the floodlight. A larger panel will charge quicker and more effectively.
The long life, Lithium Ion batteries (LifePO4), have a lifespan of up to 8 years and retain charge well due to their high capacity. The charge retention is shown on the floodlight via the green and red display lights. As the battery is located in the back of the solar flood light, once charged, the floodlight will work as a temporary stand alone unit. The Heliosol will reach full charge after 4-6 hours of full sunshine. Then it will last for over up to 2 full nights. Even in dull weather, our professional solar lights continue to illuminate each night, although they may not last the entire night. It is recommended to use a short timer setting and 20% brightness to prolong battery life in long periods of poor weather, e.g. winter months.
Installation
Installation is simple for both the flood light and solar panel with multiple mounting holes along the adjustable brackets for all locations. The Heliosol Solar Flood Lights are also suitable for mounting on poles / columns. The below brackets are compatible with the pre-drilled mounting holes:

The Future is Solar…
Solar energy is one of the world’s most innovative renewable power sources making a huge difference to the environment. The sun charges the rechargeable batteries during the day which is stored and used at night. There has been a really positive progression with solar technology and strongly believe now is the time to really push forward and make the change. Other benefits are clear for end users, with no running, installation or maintenance costs. There will always be areas which are difficult to illuminate, particularly due to wiring issues. Solar is the perfect solution.
